Check In

Please check in to the salon 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Our Salon Coordinator will personally attend to you to ensure you are welcomed, relaxed and ready for your service.

She will assist you with your robe and provide refreshment prior to the commencement of your service.

Our Salon Coordinator will also ensure that your personal salon information 'traveller' is provided to the first team member and accompanies you through-out your services at the salon.

In Salon Consultation Process

Initially, we will offer you a personalised consultation by the team member providing the service to ensure they understand your needs and wants. Any product or service recommendations are explained and are agreed by you prior to any service taking place.

Scheduling Appointments

To avoid disappointments, we strongly recommend that you book your next appointment with our Salon Coordinator prior to leaving the salon to ensure your reservation is at a most suitable time for you.

Late/Cancellations

For the benefit of all of our clients, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we would appreciate a quick phone call to let us know. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Onsite Parking

Parking is available on our premises. Enter via laneway in Holt Road.
